- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most items we base our pricing on a flat rate system. If we take longer than expected, that’s our fault, not yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed 4 years of electrical education through IECRM.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually used to work for my father in law installing low voltage powered security systems and fell in love with the electrical aspect of that profession.
