Jose worked with me to figure out which (LiftMaster) openers are actually available (LiftMaster's website has a lot of outdated info) and which would be the best choice for me. We picked a reliable one which lacked an outdoor keypad, so he included that, but still offered a very competitive price. He was on time, had everything he needed, friendly, and fast. He made a nice offer to replace our very old door, but didn't pressure me to do it.

I got a fair price with a military discount for replacement of the torsion springs for a 2 door heavy garage. As soon as requested a quote I got a call from the company within 10 minutes. I received the written quote without them having to come out. I was able scheduled when I was available. The installer was friendly and came out on time. During the installation he noticed I needed new wires so I got an updated quote and got those replaced too. The entire process was smooth and timely.
