I want to thank UGK Construction for the wonderful service that I received! Everyone that I dealt with from the company provided excellent customer service. Dayzha so kindly answered all of my many questions before booking my appointment. And Elvin and Cesar were a pleasure to do business with.They both took care of replacing the seal on the bottom of my garage door. They went above and beyond with a mini tune up to the door as well. I highly recommend UGK, and will be calling them again for any future repairs when needed.

UGK responded within minutes to my thumbtack request. They were also very personable. They were clear what the charge would be. I did not consider the charge a particularly good value, but it was fair. In addition to my repair, I had to buy new garage door springs because clearly the springs on my garage door were too light for the heaviness of the door. This made sense to me. When they replace the springs, the door was still too heavy so they had to replace them again. This time the door would stop halfway up as it should neither going up nor down. Now the springs were perfect! This attention to detail showed their professionalism and service quality And made me very pleased. Note: this is a follow up 2 months later - I had an issue with the garage door where it would not open. The bolts attaching the center of spring came out. UGK came out right away and fixed it at no charge. Man, I really appreciated that! They stand behind their work.

Hello, my fellow neighbors. Our best experience with ANY company was with UGK Construction & Overhead Doors. Jose was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understand, and top-notch customer service. It speaks volumes when I tell my husband I cant wait for our other garage door to break. I am ready to call Jose back out to pay him and cook for him. UGK was not the first company we called to provide an estimate. We had A-1 Doors come out first, and the representative was friendly but misleading and deceitful. A-1 Doors verbally gave us a price but no written quote or estimate. Jose with UGK troubleshot our issue based on the pictures I shared and quoted a price. Jose's price was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the verbally quoted price from A-1 Doors and for the SAME WORK. If you are not hiring UGK Construction & Overhead Doors to repair/replace your garage door, you make a HUGE MISTAKE. We will never hire or call anyone else EVER. I want to add VALUE AND PUNCTUALITY. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

Jose worked with me to figure out which (LiftMaster) openers are actually available (LiftMaster's website has a lot of outdated info) and which would be the best choice for me. We picked a reliable one which lacked an outdoor keypad, so he included that, but still offered a very competitive price. He was on time, had everything he needed, friendly, and fast. He made a nice offer to replace our very old door, but didn't pressure me to do it.
