- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very reasonable on pricing and do my best to ensure you get what you've paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's a pretty easy process, if you give me an address and a way to have access, I go in and do my cleaning, carpet cleaning and stain removal can be a service as well so you dont have to book seperate companies. When finished, we lock it up and send pics and invoice a pretty simple process. Saves you time. We all need more of that these days. We take before and after photos that I can attach to the invoice. We take pride in the quality of the work. We are not perfect, but we sure do try and do the best we can in your space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have picked up a few tricks to cleaning in my time, by trial and error, and some training from co-workers. and the experience of doing probably around fifteen hundred move out cleans at this point.
