FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the Painters Union as an apprentice and did commercial work the first few years. Then after doing side jobs on residential I noticed the potential in working for myself. It was the best decision I made, nothing beats being your own boss. I am thankful for the knowledge I acquired working for other companies. Painting is something I love to do and im happy going to work everyday doing what I am good at.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with all types of customers, from a family expecting their first child being able to get thier house ready to doing work for an elderly couple who just needed a few things touched up without being overcharged. Being able to hear all of their stories makes my job interesting and gives me opportunity to make new friends along the way.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would look for good quality in the pictures and look out for pictures that are googled and not real work being done by the painter who posted the pictures. So look for authenticity.
