I received a prompt estimate from Alfred. They requested photos of heavy furniture so that they could be prepared and give accurate estimate. The estimate and charge was for about 2 hours of work and it only took one hour to complete. They were pleasant to work with, efficient and able to move heavy furniture down 2 flights of stairs.

I was in touch with Alfred to set up the time and rate and he seemed eager to do the work. On moving day, nobody showed up and I reached out several times to Alfred who gave inconsistent information about who would arrive and where they were. After 5 hours of waiting and eventually enlisting my neighbors to help, I let him know we didn’t need his help anymore. He told me to be reasonable and not waste time. This seems like a scam and I would stay far away from this business.

These guys are not legit. First of all, look at the photos that they uploaded…sign number 1. Second, they hounded me and were really rude in their approach, even after I told them no.
