Robert responded to my e-mail immediately. He met me the next day at the location of the person I wanted served, and he served that person within the hour. He even drove to my house to deliver the notarized document and included this service in the original price. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs anyone served. Thank you Robert.May 4, 2017Verified
Mr. Hill was hired to serve guardianship petition papers, that had been filed with the Arapahoe County Court, upon the Respondent. Mr. Hill was very accommodating, understanding (when I got lost), and professional. In todays world there seems to be less consideration, compassion & patience when serving the customer. He has those qualities which I value. If there is a future need for your services I will call again. At this time I don't have any recommendations for improvement. Thank you again for the excellent service. Beverly AyatchMay 10, 2017Verified
I tried to have contempt papers served for over two months. Robert got it done in less than 24 hours! Very prompt, courteous, kind and respectful. I wish more people in the world worked like this. Thank you!!!! Highly recommend!Feb 26, 2017Verified

This was a waste of money! This guy did exactly the opposite of what I asked of him. I hired him on a Thursday and had until Monday to serve the defendant. I was specific with details of the defendant. I was clear that he would not have luck in the mornings. He would not answer the door because he knew he was going to be served. And that the defendant partied all weekend so getting to him on Sunday would be impossible. This guy went once Friday morning. Knocked on the door which I told him not to do. Now they knew his face. He did not attempt to serve the defendant AT ALL on Saturday. Then he went back on Sunday and knocked on the door again. A friend of the defendant answered and said the defendant was not there. I also told him that the defendant lived alone. I might as well have hired a cop. This processor was not creative, was not sly, did not listen to my advice. He did not even have any other associates to help. Once the defendant saw his face on Friday, I knew that the defendant would not answer the door or come out of the house from that point on. I asked the processor if he had a girl or another face to try to get to the defendant and he said no. (where's the family in this family business? ).Mar 11, 2019VerifiedJAH Legal Service, LLC's reply
I was asked to serve a summons on a person who the customer had already tried to serve through a friend who left the paperwork in his mailbox (in fact, not the correct way to serve a summons), basically making the person wary of anyone with paperwork nearing the property . She let the defendant know through text message that he was served (in his mailbox), again giving the person a heads-up so that he could be sure not to answer the door for an actual process server. It was not I that made him aware he was being served. The customer paid us $50.00 to try and serve this person which I told her we could try but no guarantee since she only had 4 days to get the paperwork served. We attempted on Friday no answer. I went to the house again on Sunday afternoon spent 2 hours there for free which I usually charge for surveillance. I again went to the property on Monday for 3 hours in the morning and for 2 hours and 45 minutes in the evening that same day for again free. The customer was asking for things to be done without paying for that service. I let her know the only way to get the individual served was full time surveillance. I did everything that I could to get this person served. I went above and beyond to help and was paid $50 of the $658 I could have charged for surveillance in serving a drug addict who never leaves his residence and doesn't answer the door because the person who hired me to have a summons served, let him know it was coming. I have over 100 reviews stating that I am good at what I do and professional. It's unfortunate that the individual was not serve
