Gino was fantastic. He evaluated my water heater, drained, and installed a ScaleRX filter. I was quoted $1000 by a big name HVAC/Plumbing company just to install the ScaleRX. Gino did it for $350. They big company was too scared to drain my water heater saying it was too risky. The unit is only 5 years old. Gino drained it twice. I also asked him to replace the anode. He picked one up and installed that for just $150, parts and labor. Gino was friendly, punctual, reliable, and professional. He's in my phone as "plumber" and I will call again.
