Extremely fast response. Extremely fair pricing. Kept me up-to-date through the whole process and stayed until the job was completely done. When doing the work he found an additional issue that could be a problem down along the line. He went above and beyond and got that taken care of at the same time as this visit. If I ever need any more plumbing stuff done, he will be the first and only call!

Gino was fantastic. He evaluated my water heater, drained, and installed a ScaleRX filter. I was quoted $1000 by a big name HVAC/Plumbing company just to install the ScaleRX. Gino did it for $350. They big company was too scared to drain my water heater saying it was too risky. The unit is only 5 years old. Gino drained it twice. I also asked him to replace the anode. He picked one up and installed that for just $150, parts and labor. Gino was friendly, punctual, reliable, and professional. He's in my phone as "plumber" and I will call again.

Unfortunately, my experience with Isometric was a 1-star. After a helpful initial reply, I didn't receive any response to my follow-up messages. As it was my first time using Thumbtack, I wasn't sure if the lack of communication was due to a misunderstanding of the process, the handyman's disinterest in the job, or another oversight. Communication is important, so I didn't and won't consider working with unresponsive professionals.
