We got Manual's name from a family member. We have a cabin in Divide, Colorado and we were having issues with plumbing (sinks and toilets). We were happy he could get up there quickly and after talking to him on the phone he had a pretty good idea of what it was and what it would cost. Boy, did that work out great. Manual was so responsive, easy to talk to, and spot on with his pricing. We are extremely happy with what he did and would recommend him to anyone. I'm always happy to pay for quality.
