- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers receive fair pricing and discounts are available. Service call fees are waived if hired and if you refer The Guild to a friend or family, we'll offer a 10% discount on your next appointment. We want to be your choice plumber and that can only happen with valued services and treating folks with respect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are part of the Colorado community and will receive a respectful and honest assessment to their plumbing issues. Plumbing may not be your area of expertise but it is the Guild's. Your home is your sacred space and we are here to be mindful to improve the integrity of your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Colorado Plumbers Guild only has licensed plumbers who know how to produce quality work the first time so that you don't have to call us back for a warranty issue. Every year, continuing education is a requirement and a great opportunity to learn the best ways to produce code compliant installs and repairs. Learning new products and innovations help us keep you in the know.
