- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Garcia's Plumbing, I provide honest, upfront pricing so there are no surprises. Trip/service fee- A small flat fee (usually $60.00) that covers my time and travel to your location for inspection or diagnose. Labor Rates based on the type of work and time required, Most plumbing jobs are billed at a flat-rate pricing while some at a standard hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates before work begins, You'll always get a written estimate or quote before I start the job, so you know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 11 years of experience including 5 years of residential plumbing handling new construction, remodeling , and service work. Also 6 years of commercial plumbing experience working on new construction, tenant improvements, and maintenance for restaurants, offices, and apartment complexes.
