They were fast, same day within 3 hours they scheduled the appt, came out and repaired an old toilet in an hour and the cost was fair and reasonable. The technician, Jaron Dacones, was so polite, friendly, and educated me during the whole process( Im an old guy that likes to watch and learn)Jaron and their friendly staff were better than 5 Star!! Ill be scheduling a remodel of our old bathrooms with them very soon!! Thank you Jaron and the Penguin Home Services Team!!"See more

Greg completed each timely, with excellent attention to detail, and most importantly correctly repaired each to have our home looking even better than it was. Most recently our large scale project was a dishwasher leak on the mid floor to the basement which required diagnosing the cause of the leak, tear out and mitigation, repair of plumbing, electricity, hardwood floors, carpeting, framing, drywall, texture, and paint. Greg completed and oversaw the timely completion of each, in addition to working with our insurance so that we were on track. He is flexible, empathetic to how stressful home repairs can be, responsive, respectful, and a true professional at all he does.
