L8 plumbing replaced the thermocouple on my water heater and did a fantastic job. I will be hiring them for all of my plumbing needs in the future and I gave his number to my neighbors. Our hot water heater died at 7:00 on Friday night (3 days before Christmas). By 8:00 L8 Plumbing had responded to our request and was at our house. By 11:00 they had a new hot water heater installed…. We couldn’t believe it! Thank you so much for being willing to help us out so late at night right before the Holidays!

What an awesome experience! Really quick response time, extremely professional team that showed up prepared and were able to get a replacement valve on a Friday evening so I didn’t have to wait overnight to have it fixed. Would use L8 Plumbing again for any plumbing help.

We would hire L8 Plumbing 10 more times! Here's the story: our hot water heater went out on a snowy, cold night and we scheduled time for the following day with L8 (it was already later in the day on a Friday so we scheduled for Saturday). BUT... less than an hour later, owner Alan, called us and asked if he could come out that evening and of course we said yes! He fixed the issue quickly and our hot water was back on. The water heater had a small follow-up issue the next day (a Saturday), and he came back to fix it, in the snow, even though he had been working all day. We're so thankful especially since another company had told us just to replace the heater and tried to scam us! Alan and L8 Plumbing is honest, quick, reasonably priced and they will be our new go-to for any other issues we have and we're going to refer this company to anyone who asks!! 5 star rating, easy!
