Needed the gasline behind my stove shortened. Work was done timely. Only minor inconvenience is we weren’t made aware there was any issues with the outside gas valve and after the tech left we had a full gas leak outside. Our neighbors had to notify us. Just wish to have been made aware of any difficulties the tech had with turning the valve so we could be on the watch for any leaks. Other than that great work overall!

To clarify what happened during the visit: because we were replacing the pipe section and installing a new shut-off valve at the stove, our tech shut off gas at the meter — standard procedure for this kind of job — and restored it afterward, which is also why he relit your water heater before leaving. All of the work we performed tested leak-free and is covered by our one-year parts and labor warranty. Our tech didn't observe any problem with the outside valve, but you're right that if a valve is stiff or shows wear, that's worth mentioning to the homeowner, and we've shared that feedback with our team. We're very sorry you dealt with a leak after the visit — if it hasn't been fully resolved or you'd like us to inspect that valve, call us and we'll make it right. Joe was super kind and professional. He came out to assess our situation and was completely honest and transparent about what services they could provide as well as what they werent able to do and what his recommendations were. It turns out that our issue most likely wasnt a plumbing problem and he didnt try to push us to do any unnecessary interventions for which we were very grateful. The house visit was complimentary and he wouldnt accept any compensation other than requesting we use them for any plumbing needs in the future, which we certainly will. They were also one of the only companies that responded to my online request right away and got us promptly scheduled for a visit. I would definitely recommend them!
