- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Results Plumbing and Drain LLC is a family owned company run by my wife and I. I am the only technician so I am able to beat almost every licensed competitor in price while still providing you with high quality professional repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is treated the same! We have a $39 dispatch fee to come out and evaluate the situation. From there a price will be presented for repairs. If the pricing is accepted and the work is completed during the same visit this fee is waived. We pride ourselves in being upfront with our pricing and very transparent as far as the scope of work to be preformed. Every customer will know exactly what to expect before any work is started. The price you accept is the price you pay, never any hidden fees or charges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed plumbing company! I started doing plumbing at a young age and have had the opportunity to work for a multitude of different companies which allowed me to obtain a very diverse range of skills. There are so many different possibilities with service plumbing and my unique work experience has allowed me to think outside of the box and use critical thinking to solve any issue a customer may have.
