We are very impressed with Alex’s work! Despite having to go out of town a few times, he always made sure his work was completed on time. He truly took great care of us, and his craftsmanship spoke for itself. Alex was flexible, understanding, and always professional.
After having multiple bad experiences with other plumbers, he completely earned our trust. He consistently reassured us and took the time to explain and inform us about any plumbing needs. Any questions we had, he had the answers for. Even our general contractor was very impressed with him and could tell that Alex really knows his trade.
After our rough inspection, Alex took the inspector’s comments seriously and was quick to address everything required. We’re extremely satisfied with his work and highly recommend him!
