Mr. Taylor was a true pleasure to work with. He gave me instruction on how to make the fixes myself if I wanted to but I elected to have him do the work. He replaced the backflow to my sprinkler system and replaced a hose spigot with instruction on how to prevent further repair needs. His approach is not transactional, he’s interested in building a relationship of trust which is refreshing. He responded to my request quickly and was flexible with his weekend schedule to complete the job. I highly recommend!
