Choice One Appliance Repair was great; they got my stove working in less than an hour. The only bad thing is I had to wait over a week to get them to my house. So if you are in a hurry, I would try someone else.

Sam was great, we needed him to look at a microwave that stopped working suddenly. He was very diligent in his diagnostic process and determined the cause fairly quickly. Fair rates and honest information. I would certainly use him again.

Sam was prompt in getting an appointment scheduled to look at my washing machine. He was respectful and polite in all interactions. He was honest about what work needed to be done and that it may be more cost effective to replace it. I really appreciated his honesty!
