- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service call (in-home diagnostic) fee is $65. If you decide to move forward with the repair, you do not pay the diagnostic fee — only labor and the cost of parts. If no repair is done, the diagnostic fee applies. We offer discounts for returning customers, seniors (65+), military, veterans, first responders, and referrals. Discounts apply to labor only and cannot be combined. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You contact us to schedule a service call. We come to your home, inspect the appliance, and explain the issue and repair options. You receive the repair cost before any work is done. If you approve the repair, we complete the work as soon as possible. If not, only the diagnostic fee applies. We make sure everything is working properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair, with around 1,000 completed repairs for families who were happy with the results. I focus on honest diagnostics, clear explanations, and quality workmanship on every job.
