We do apply our diagnosis fee towards the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we set our appointment a diagnosis will be given and a quote. If we are hired the service fee is applied towards the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working on appliance repairs for the past 7 years. We have on site and online certifications.
