FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a service charge, typically $79.99 to diagnose the issue due at the time of service. If you need a part ordered to fix the appliance, you will have to pay half of the part upfront and the rest is due at the time of installation. However you will not pay a second service charge on the day of installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first call you to get all of your information and a basic description of what is wrong with your appliance, as well as what date and time of service would work best for you. The day of your scheduled appointment, our technician will call you to confirm your appointment. Once he gets there, he will look at the appliance and diagnose the issue. If he can fix it without ordering any parts, he will fix it then and there. If your appliance requires a part, he will order it and take a deposit for the cost of the part. Whenever the part is brought in, he will come back to install it and take the payment for labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service technician has his freon license as well as over 25 years of experience in the field.
