Thank you SO MUCH Wilson and Myers !! Your repairman Demita/Sasha did an AMAZING JOB !!!! My dryer latch to keep the door closed was broken. Demita opened the front of the dryer and looked concerned. He then pulled out the lint trap housing, and DUG OUT A HUGE MOUND OF LINT from inside the body of the dryer that fell through the lint trap !! It could have started a FIRE if he hadn’t seen it !! Then, Demita pulled another mound of lint out of the dryer’s exhaust tubing that was JUST AS BIG AS THE FIRST ONE !! Your great and thoughtful staff makes me feel MUCH SAFER IN MY HOME, and I will continue to call YOU for ALL of my home appliance MAINTENANCE and REPAIR needs !!!!! Barbara Herrick
