This guy is a hack if ever there is one. He spent perhaps 20 minutes in our duplex and took pot shots of each room. No indepth examination of the premises. No measurements inside - just the building. Then he submitted his appraisal comparing single dwelling homes out of the nieighborhood as his comparables. Terrible job and a huge waste of money. My impression is that he is in it for a quick buck period.
