- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each project is as unique as you the client. With that in mind our pricing is tailored to your exact needs. We may not be the least expensive but we are committed to designing a home that you love and it shows in our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We do a meet and great at our office, your home or the property you love. Our preference is to meet at your building site to really explore the possibilities. We then provide a full proposal of work including architecture, structural engineering, and civil plans. We have a project kick-off meeting to really explore your needs. Then we present a fully thought out solution which we refine with your collaboration.
