How did you get started doing this type of work?
Hello, I began my journey in the asphalt industry in 2010 with no prior experience, but a strong willingness to learn and grow. Through hard work and dedication, I quickly developed my skills and gained experience in nearly every position within the field.
I started as a laborer on a patch crew and worked my way up to operating heavy equipment, including running a paver and contributing to the construction of many of the highways still in use today. I also gained valuable experience working at an asphalt plant, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the industry from production to application.
Later in my career, I served as a pavement inspector for a large municipality, where I further strengthened my knowledge of quality standards, safety, and long-term performance.
Today, I am the proud owner of Patch Bros LLC, where I apply my years of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to deliver high-quality, reliable asphalt solutions.
