- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just attending my Level 2 of coaching with USATF in Sprints/Hurdles and Relays. I am constantly reading various fitness articles and searching for exercises to meet the needs of my clients
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I finally realized how much joy coaching brought to me. I knew I wanted to teach, coach people, but my last profession didn't really provide this. In this capacity it aligns with my own goals as an athlete, as a coach; to get fitter and constantly find different ways to connect and interact with people to see them become happier, healthier, stronger and more confident people.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have trained groups of athletes, fitness classes and private sessions both for personal training and people looking to improve their skills in track and field.
