- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved cooking - It grew with me. It reminded me of unforgettable experiences. The choice to make it a career came during my travels to Europe. Paris particularly. The ambiance there is one of a kind and I learned a great deal about the influence of family coming together and cooking with fresh ingredients and techniques. With every recipe I got better and better at capturing the balance of flavors. I then wanted to share this and improve the food/event industry for those who enjoy the family style setting.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be yourself. Do your homework on what you want for your event and/or class. Don't overthink. Trust the cook! :)
