- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable. No hidden fees. Only additional charge is when customers requests glassware and if a bar is needed. A 10% discount is given when a customer request and hires our company. Also, 10% discount on repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contact finding out the customer needs and questions. Laying out a plan for the customer. Finalize the event upon being hired . A contract of agreement is emailed to clients before any event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services . I also have a Bartender Certified, and I have been TIP trained. I am TIP certified.
