- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, which is why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. We begin by asking you to complete a brief estimate request form on our website so we can better understand your project. From there, we'll discuss your goals and provide a free, no-obligation estimate. Our estimates include one clear, all-inclusive price based on the specific scope of work, so you'll know exactly what to expect with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with our online estimate request form, where you'll provide a few details about your project. Adding photos is highly encouraged, as it often allows us to better understand the scope of work before reaching out. Once we receive your request, we'll contact you within 1–2 business days. Depending on the project, we may be able to provide an estimate remotely using the information and photos you provide. If we need to take measurements or discuss the project in more detail, we'll schedule a free in-person estimate at a time that's convenient for you. Whether your estimate is completed online or in person, it's always free and comes with no obligation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead remodeler, Kane, has over 15 years of experience specializing in bathroom remodeling and more than 30 years of combined hands-on experience as a team. He began his career in the construction industry in his early 20s, gaining experience in framing, plumbing, and installation before focusing on bathroom renovations. Throughout his career, he has worked for several well-established remodeling companies in the Denver area, building the skills and knowledge to handle everything from simple updates to complete bathroom transformations. After years in the industry, we decided to start our own family-owned business so we could provide homeowners with a more personal experience. Instead of treating customers like just another project, we take the time to understand their goals, communicate throughout the process, and deliver quality craftsmanship at a fair price. Our experience, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right are what set us apart.
