- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is sometimes difficult to have a standard pricing for the work we do, but we strive to provide our customers a fair value for the service we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is a inspection to determine what are the customers needs and if the customer will benefit using our service. Sometimes after the inspection and talking with the customer we are able to determine that the customer can control the problem on there own or the pest will stop being a problem because the time of year or the biology of the pest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to be licensed by the state by passing a comprehensive exam and must continue to take classes to stay up to date on products, procedures and laws pertaining to our industry to renew our license with the state of Colorado every year.
