Cody was extremely polite, right on time, and done in an hour! The whole house smells good and our carpets look new again. He even got a few coffee spills and puppy spots out that we thought would never come up. Will definitely use their services again when we need fast, efficient carpet cleaning. HAPPY TO RECOMMEND!!! =)

Andrew did a fantastic and thorough job. He was on time, courteous and respectful of our home. Additionally, he noticed spots I hadn't and fixed problems other carpet cleaners in the past didn't. Will definitely use him more in the future!

Andrew and Cody did a FANTASTIC JOB! They arrived right at the scheduled time and were very professional. They included a pet stain/odor treatment with the carpet cleaning, which was much needed and appreciated considering one of our pups has a bit of a bladder issue. They were able to get out the pesky stains and when they left our carpets looked brand new! The best part is that two days later it still smells fresh and clean, especially in the bedroom that had the worst of the dog urine odor. We cannot be more pleased with Innovative Carpet Restoration and will definitely hire them again in the future!
