Cody was extremely polite, right on time, and done in an hour! The whole house smells good and our carpets look new again. He even got a few coffee spills and puppy spots out that we thought would never come up. Will definitely use their services again when we need fast, efficient carpet cleaning. HAPPY TO RECOMMEND!!! =)

Andrew was awesome! Perfectly on time. Very nice, courteous, super fast! My carpet looked new after the treatment and all the animal smells were gone. On top of it all, his pricing is lower than any of the other quotes I received. I will definitely hire him again and would recommend for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs. Thanks Andrew!

Andrew had to climb four flights of stairs each is several trips to his van for my job. He did not complain and still charged me only his "Thumbtack" fee. The carpet looked great after Andrew's work - I highly recommend ICR for carpet cleaning, and the price was very fair.

He was meticulous which resulted in an amazing finished product that made our carpet look like new! He ran out of gas in his truck and had to run down the street to refill. He was so professional that he apologized for the disruption in service and provided couch cleaning services in return!
