- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
some companies charge by sq feet,but we don't really use this kind of pricing,we provide on site free estimate,write down and calculate all costumer needs and give them the price.We like to talk to our costumers and detailed explain them everything(they have the right to know how they are spending the money)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new customers we do extra initial cleaning (deep cleaning )to bring the place at the level we want to maintain and keep it clean
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpet cleaning certificate ,floor technican certificate,OSHA certificate
