Technician arrived on time. I was busy preparing for an unexpected meeting and couldn't spend much time with the technician. He moved furniture as necessary and cleaned the carpet in three rooms, a hallway and two landing stairway in about an hour and a half. Carpet looks like new with no trace of the resident cat.

Great job cleaning the carpet, they were able to remove all spots and explained why some stains couldn't be completely cleaned out - but I could hardly see them so it all looked clean to me.
