- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All flooring prices are based primarily on square feet to be completed, smaller spaces are naturally less expensive than larger spaces. Carpet is the least expensive, then vinyl, then laminate, hardwood and tile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up a convenient time for the representative to meet with all decision makers Monday thru Saturday 9, 11, 1, 3 and 5 and 7 Monday through Friday. The appointment may take 45 minutes to an hour, we bring samples of all the products you'd like to see, then I take accurate professional measurements and estimate the total cost of your flooring project including tear out, haul away, underpayment, padding and floor preparation as well as transition strips and wall base boards. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
