Irvink at Denise Carpet was very responsive for my staircase project. I needed carpet removed from my staircase and wanted something durable, easy to clean, and aesthetic. Irvink recommended hardwood, I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to invest in the hardwood but am glad I did for it's beauty, strength and durability over vinyl. Not only could he get me in quickly and get the job done quickly (1 day) but most importantly he could do it with quality as well. I wasn't sure if this would be a complex project and even another contractor gave indications that certain things I wanted would be challenging and take 2-3 days, but Denise Carpets handled it with ease and his experience with these type of projects was evident. The staircase is beautiful and I am very happy with the results. Check out the before and after photos.
