- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and sometimes lower than most restaurants that cater. We have 2 menus. BMW Catering menu is not all inclusive and the pricing starts at $14.00 per person, which includes the choice of 2 entrees and 3 side dishes. Hors D'Oeuvres are priced separately. The Taste of Texas BBQ menu is exclusively BBQ and the pricing is based on the number of guests and the food choices. The more guests, the less it will cost per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide a BMW and Taste of Texas BBQ Catering menu. The potential customer will also receive a form. Once we receive the completed form, we will write a proposal with pricing and responsibilities of the caterer and client. When everything is agreed upon, the client receives an invoice/contract. There is occasionally a need for a deposit. Full payment is due on the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners/operators both grew up with parents who worked in the food industry, had careers dealing with nutrition, food safety, or owned restaurants. One of the owners taught food and nutrition for 30 years. Both owners gained their skills through practice, education, watching and listening to others, in the culinary arts.
