- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a custom caterer I do not have standard pricing. I can assure you that I am competitive with pre-set menu caterers. Generally I am more cost effective because I am able to customize a menu to your event and budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to create menus that match the event you are having. Whether that be using your favorite ingredients, providing seasonal menu offerings or building the menu around your theme. With a short phone call I ask specific questions about your event and food habits of your guests (if known) and then I will send you menu options that fit your event. I do have sample menus to help get idea starters!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors from a classically french culinary arts program I am food safe certified I have attended farm to table food course programs
