While the estimate for repair and replacement were way outside of our flexibility Landon informed us of all of our options and in no way pushed us to make a decision. They booked the appointment efficiently and got me in the first stop of the day. Kodey was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable dealing with an unusual "old-home / odd-wiring" type issue. A condition which had me completely bewildered - he stepped through in a methodical manner in order to arrive at a good solution for the condition.
