Raquela is the best. From beginning to end, her events are flawless. Her love and passion for the artistic creation of cuisine is one like no other. Raquela has extensive knowledge in not only with her staple Authentic Mexican Cuisine, but in all different styles.
Raquela catered our dear friend Mike's suprise graduation party. We had about 65 guests for appetizers and cocktails and Raquela made it so that we were guests at our own event. Me being someone who has thrown many events in my day, having Raquela there was the first time that I have had ZERO worries about anything while executing my event.
Bravo Raquela, we love you!!!!!

I have used Raquela Catering now for a few events and every time she arrives on the job, I know I can begin to relax. She is a bright, talented, smart caterer who listens to what I have to say, regarding specific details; I have a rather demanding "dietary restriction" list, and I don't have to repeat myself, or double check everything because Raquela pays attention and hits it out of the park every time. I have recommended her to many of my friends and family, and they all enjoy working with her as much as I do. Her food is delicious and creative - I highly recommend the Mex-tteranean Garden for intimate cocktail parties, etc. It's great for grazing! Her sparkling personality is contagious and she is someone who, although I only know her professionally, I wouldn't mind hanging out with. HIRE HER! You won't be disappointed!
