She and her partner (husband?) came on time (traffic permitting), cleaned our house per my specifications, and offered to return should it not meet my expectations. I'm hiring her again for other cleaning projects.

We contacted Esmerelda about doing a deep clean of our house. She gave us an estimate based on the size and what we wanted done. She was very communicative and messaged a couple of days prior to confirm. She arrived promptly (a little early even!) and got right to work. She and her partner spent several hours cleaning every inch and corner of our house until it was spotless! They even swept the front porch and cleaned the front door, which was a very pleasant surprise! She is friendly, professional, and communicative. The total at the end of cleaning matched the estimate. I would absolutely recommend Esmerelda's Cleaning! We are moving out of state next month or I would schedule her for regular cleanings. I am going to schedule her to come back and do a move out cleaning though!
