Really bad customer service. The first service I got from Peaks to Plains was about 3 months ago. At booking, they were really responsive and showed up at my house, gave a quote, was friendly… all seemed good. I got on their books and then the run around started. They’re young dudes that run the company and as an entrepreneur myself, wanted to support that. They made it impossible to actually have them show up and do the job. Appointment came and went. No call. No show. I had moved all of my furniture out of the area just to have no one show up. Then, when no one responded to me for over 24 hours, I got the ol “I was on vacation” response…. Maybe. But doubt it. It took over a month to have the come back because they were “booked out”. I’m sorry… that’s not how customer service works. Then they tried to pass me off to another floor cleaning business. This was my house. It’s not a massive place.
They finally did the job… not greatly, either snd said that my floors were so bad that they need to schedule another time to come out in a couple months. I figured I’d give them another shot.
Morning comes of round two, I move all my furniture again (after they already needed to move my appointment back a couple hours) and about 4 hours before my appointment, he tells me they have the wrong pads and can’t do my job. As a single father of 4, I resent when someone doesn’t value my time. I told him I’d be looking for business elsewhere. He didn’t even respond.
If you’re looking for inexperienced, unprofessional and shotty work… book these guys. If you want to hire a company that actually does the job you book and pay for, then book someone else.
