Russell was very professional as well as knowledgeable. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule and didn't leave me hanging. While he was doing the work, he thoroughly explained what the problem was and what he was doing to correct it in language I could understand. He located the problem, which turned out to be a bad hard drive, which he picked up and fixed within a few hours. I was up and running and so very grateful. He gave me a senior discount, which he offered and I didn't even ask for. While here, he noticed that I had a home theater put in (didn't even ask him) but cords were all over the place and he offered to clean it up (I hate cords all over). He did this work for free but, of course, I gave him a great tip for his kindness, courtesy and consideration. If you are older, like me, and need someone you can trust with knowledge and consideration, I highly recommend Russ...a man you can trust! Great job and thank you!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Nothing is set in stone. if your having a hard time I do understand. In today's world you need a cell phone and computer. I can adjust my pricing for you otherwise I'm in the average pricing range. I offer a senior discount and when I get a new customer I alweay give a 10% discount to everyone. My services comes with 2 hours of FREE Technical Support.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    contact the customer for a full description of the issue. schedule a time that works for the customer. have the customer send you any logs and or error messages. let the customer know that a data backup is required. If possible. visit customer to resolve issue. If the issue requires additional hardware the hardware is ordered and a second visit is schedule. resolve issue. contact the customer to make sure there equipment is running and no other issues have surfaced.

    A.S. computer science, certified technical instructor, CCNA (Cisco certified network administrator), lan wan certification, certified computer technician, certified network designer.
