- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is set in stone. if your having a hard time I do understand. In today's world you need a cell phone and computer. I can adjust my pricing for you otherwise I'm in the average pricing range. I offer a senior discount and when I get a new customer I alweay give a 10% discount to everyone. My services comes with 2 hours of FREE Technical Support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
contact the customer for a full description of the issue. schedule a time that works for the customer. have the customer send you any logs and or error messages. let the customer know that a data backup is required. If possible. visit customer to resolve issue. If the issue requires additional hardware the hardware is ordered and a second visit is schedule. resolve issue. contact the customer to make sure there equipment is running and no other issues have surfaced.
