The team at Creative Technologies was really great to work with. they were very prompt, courteous, and explained everything they did and they picked up and returned my computer to my house which is great as I don't really have alot of extra time (this was a $20.00 fee.) The turn around time for replacing the power supply was very quick plus they cleaned up the software on the computer and it now runs as fast as it did when new and this was included in the service. The creative Technologies was a little higher in price than a few other repair offers I received but, I do not regret the decision to use their services and will again if needed.

Power surge shut the computer down. Technician came the same day and took it. Got it back in the morning 2 days later. Not only fixed but improvements made to the computer. No data lost either. Great job.
