- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based on what service you need. I offer complete computer builds, parts recommendations, computer/laptop repair, overclocking/undervolting services and virus removal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been interested in technology. Computers in specific caught my eye at a young age. I started tinkering around with tech I could get my hands on at an early age, and would take every component out of a computer and put it back together for fun. I like the challenge of something that’s not working right. I like being able to diagnose issues and solve them. I am very tech savvy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a lot of gamers, however, I have repaired and upgraded lots of work stations in the past.
