The technician who worked on my iMac was professional and respectful. He figured out the problem that I definitely couldn't and offered me a few tips which will help me in the future with using computer memory.
I did not like the fact that an automatic $24.95 fee was added for a "month of mobile service". I've tried twice to have the fee removed. I may have to go to my bank for that because they make it ridiculously hard to take off the bill.

Once we receive your request and confirm details and payment, we can usually have a tech out to you the same or next day, or solve the issue remotely depending on the type of problem.
