Ryan came when he said he would, fixed the computer for the price he quoted, and had it back to us exactly when he said he would. All for a good price. You can't ask for better.
I had originally hired someone else who kept delaying when he would come over, and when he finally came said he didn't have the right tools with him.

What can I say? Ryan was responsive and timely in communicating before I agreed to choose him for the job. While he was cost effective in his quoted price it was his responsiveness that made me choose him to begin with.
Once he arrived he was professional, knowledgable and efficient. I appreciated his straight forward approach to process and pricing.
I will not need to look again for a computer guy - we've found ours in Ryan.

Contact thru Thumbtack with initial diagnostic/quote estimate. If accepted, additional communication to determine the best course of action. Once completed an invoice will be given for payment options.
