I was having a huge problem getting my Mac to connect to my printer, something it had done previously. The consultant I had the day before worked on it for over 2 hours and never got them to connect. This guy told me he thought he could do it in 30 minutes and he did! He also carefully explained the problem! He's a good communicator. I will use him again!
