I have a Canon 1750 copier that kept displaying that the paper has jammed. No matter how many times I cleared the paper and placed more paper in the tray: the display kept saying that paper is jamming! Very frustrating. Especially since I needed to copy a large manuscript and wanted to print a bunch of invoices. While I was a visibly irritated customer, Adam was calm and professional. He quickly solved the issue by replacing the rollers which were faulty. He quoted a very fair price, and now the copier prints like a charm. I highly recommend Adam, and will contact him again when my copier decides to go awry again!

I do charge for driving. One dollar per mile. $60 per hour labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step would be to get more details of the issue. Make sure the customer is fully aware of charges before I accept the job. I work 40 hours a week so I will only be available evenings and some weekends.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a canon certified technician for 13 years with several companies. I also have experience with Kyocera, Copy Star, Xerox, and HP.
