The decision to seek help wasn't an easy one, but what did I have to lose? Dana made the process easy and I never felt like I HAD to take her ideas and suggestions as a step-for-step plan to 'get better'. If I chose not to do something, she let me know that that was fine, too. I didn't even realize I was making changes, guided by Dana, but when "suddenly awesome things are happening" I knew it was because I'd gotten the help I needed and Dr. Fox had brought me to this point. I know how to take care of me now and I look forward to continuing to use the help I received in her office as I go about my days and life. I can't thank her enough for all of the support and encouragement I was given in our sessions.
