FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is honest, upfront, and designed to deliver long-lasting value. Every quote includes professional measuring, expert fabrication, and precision installation using high-quality materials. We don’t use hidden fees or surprise charges everything is clearly explained before work begins. We offer cost-saving options such as remnant pieces, bundled projects, and occasional cash discounts when available. Additional services like specialty edges, demolition, plumbing reconnection, or rush scheduling are quoted in advance so you stay in control of your budget. We focus on quality craftsmanship done right the first time saving you money on repairs and replacements down the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and stress-free. First, we discuss your project goals, material preferences, timeline, and budget. Next, we schedule professional measurements to ensure accuracy. Once measurements are complete, we provide a clear, detailed quote with no surprises. After approval, we handle fabrication with precision and keep you informed throughout the process. Finally, our experienced team completes a clean, efficient installation and reviews everything with you to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Our goal is quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a smooth experience from first contact to final install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expertise comes from years of hands-on experience in stone fabrication, installation, and repairs. We’ve worked extensively with granite, quartz, marble, and other surfaces in real homes and job sites—not classrooms. This experience gives us a deep understanding of how stone behaves, how to prevent failures, and how to deliver clean, precise work that lasts. We regularly handle countertop repairs such as chips, cracks, seam issues, leveling problems, and sink or cutout corrections, along with full countertop installations and custom projects. Because we’ve repaired what others installed incorrectly, we know how to do it right the first time.
