- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Logos start at $8 for 5k stitches and under. I add $1 for every additional $1k stitches. Once you reach 10 pieces that need to be embroidered the minimum goes to $7.50. At 20 pieces the price goes down to $7, and then it’s $6 minimum at 50 pieces or more. Digitizing is always $15 for a 5” or smaller logo. Any logos over 5” are $35 to digitize.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting their logo digitized and making sure they love the test sew outs before putting their logo on whatever want.
